Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product differs from its description, advertising, or the terms of the order, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 3 months from the date you received the product, or within 30 days from the date you became aware or could reasonably have become aware of the issue, whichever is applicable under Korean law. Please contact business@sohveofficial.com with your order number and details of the issue.
